Where is my progress saved?

Only on this device. There are no accounts or servers, so deleting the app deletes your progress too.

I can't see the Duel tab.

It opens once you finish the tutorial and your first match. Duels against people need Game Center; if Screen Time or Family Sharing blocks Game Center multiplayer, you can still practise against the AI.

When do ads play?

When you tap a button that offers a reward, such as halving a crate's timer or doubling a match's points on its results screen, and once every few matches when you return to the lobby (skipped if you watched an ad to the end in the meantime). Never during a match, in duels, or in the Night Session.

I want to start over.

Settings → Reset Data erases your progress. It cannot be undone.

I saw an inappropriate ad.

Ads are served by Google AdMob. If you see an inappropriate ad, email us the date and time and the screen it appeared on (for example the shop, Today's Supply or after a match), and we will block it.

My friend duels keep dropping.

After a duel, tap "Share diagnostic log" on the results screen and send it to us. It helps us find the cause.
